right to moderate and remove any content or accounts that breach these terms.

TreffUp enables users to create and join events, and share content such as comments, photos, or
descriptions. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and
distribute it as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content and events you
create.

We do not monitor or vet events or attendees. You participate in meetups at your own risk and
are expected to act responsibly and respectfully.

We may integrate third-party services such as payment processors, analytics, or email tools.
These providers have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review. We are not
responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

Some events or premium features may involve payments. All transactions are processed securely
through third-party payment providers. Refund policies vary by event and are set by the event
organizers unless otherwise stated.

All platform content, branding, and features (excluding user-submitted content) belong to
TreffUp or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the Service
without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, especially if you violate
these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via your account settings.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any
losses, injuries, or damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at
user-organized events.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and
continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
